Privacy policy

This policy explains how we process the personal data of people who contact us through this website, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Data controller

What data we process, and why

If you write to us from the form on this site, we collect your phone number, your email, the hotel or group, how many readers you are interested in, and whether you are asking for a demonstration, the Pro plan or the Corporate plan. We use them to call or email you and to prepare that demonstration or proposal.

We also process the data you send when you email us, call us or contact us on LinkedIn: usually your name, the hotel or company, your email, your phone number and the content of your message.

We use them to answer your enquiry, prepare a demonstration or a quote and, if you become a customer, to manage the commercial relationship.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when you contact us and on pre-contractual steps you ask for (articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the GDPR). If you buy our products, it is also based on performing the contract and on legal obligations.

How long we keep the data

For as long as we need it to handle your request and, if there is a commercial relationship, for as long as that lasts. After that, for the periods the law requires in case of liability.

Recipients

We do not pass your data to third parties except where the law requires it. Providers that host our email and this website may access it, always under a contract that requires confidentiality.

Third-party services on this site

The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address. You can read the Google privacy policy. The LinkedIn link takes you to a third-party site with its own policy.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and you can withdraw your consent, by writing to info@romaiscan.com.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
